Dr. Calvin B. Rock, ORB's Founder and current Board Chairman, receives the President's LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD!
This honor, the nation's highest civil "Volunteer Service Award" was presented to Dr. Rock on March 20, 2022, along with two other distinguished recipients-Brigadier General Terrence Adams, Military Director of Concepts and Strategy Air Force Futures-the Pentagon, and Dr. Kimberly Jeffries Leonard, National President of The Links, Inc. and Chairperson of the District of Columbia's Commission on African American Affairs.
The event took place a The Army and Navy Club in downtown Washington, D.C. Several ORB board members attended this awe-inspiring event.
